Data Retention Policy
Your data stays on your phone, for as long as you want it there.
1Data on your phone
All of your data stays on your phone. It stays as long as the app is installed, until you delete it. Lunelle does not delete things on its own. When a pregnancy ends, everything you recorded is kept until you choose to remove it. If you use Delete everything or delete the app, your data is permanently removed. Lunelle has no copy and cannot recover it.
2Backup files you make
If you make a backup file, it is kept wherever you put it, for as long as you keep it. Lunelle cannot see or delete a copy you have moved somewhere else; that copy is yours to remove. A copy still inside Lunelle's own space on your phone is removed by Delete everything.
3Nothing kept by us
We do not keep any of your data on a server or in the cloud. There is no cloud backup and no copy held by us, now or after you stop using Lunelle.
4No account data
There is no account, so we keep no email address, password or account details.
5Legal acceptance records
Records of which legal document versions you accepted, and when, are kept on your phone for as long as you use Lunelle. They are removed by Delete everything or by deleting the app.
6Aggregated or anonymised data
Lunelle does not collect aggregated or anonymised data, analytics or usage statistics. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked first.
7Your rights
You can see, correct, export and delete your data yourself, on your phone, at any time. You can see what Lunelle holds under Me, then What Lunelle knows about me. You can export it as a backup file or as a document for your doctor. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to hand over or erase on request.
What changed in this version: Nothing is kept by us or in the cloud. Your data stays on your phone until you delete it. Still a draft pending legal review.
