Consent Policy

You choose what you share, always.

1How Lunelle asks for consent

Lunelle never collects information without your knowledge. During your first visit, you are asked to read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before using the app. This acceptance is recorded on your phone only.

2What your initial acceptance covers

By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you consent to Lunelle keeping your journey information, check-ins, health logs, and the reports and photos you add on your phone, and using this information solely to personalize your experience. It does not cover sending anything off your phone. Lunelle does not do that.

3Asking again, when it matters

Some things are asked for separately, at the moment you use them, never during your first visit: - Apple Health or Health Connect: one kind of reading at a time, read only, when you turn that reading on. You can turn it off in your phone's settings. - Camera, photos and microphone: when you first take a picture, choose one, or tap to speak. - Notifications: when you first set a reminder. - Sharing with a doctor: every time. You choose what goes in, see the document, and confirm before you send it yourself. Your choice is never remembered for next time. There is no account, so there is no account consent to give.

4Consent for future features

If Lunelle adds features that require new types of information or new ways of using your information, we will ask for your consent before enabling them. We will explain what is changing and why, and you will be able to decline. This includes anything that would ever send information off your phone.

5Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time. You can delete individual entries, turn off a health reading in your phone's settings, or remove everything with Delete everything (Me, then What Lunelle knows about me). Deleting the app removes everything too. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

6Consent for minors

Lunelle is for adults. Everyone gives a date of birth before any health question. If you are under 18, Lunelle stops, shows where to get care and the emergency numbers, and keeps nothing you entered. We do not seek parental consent, because Lunelle does not hold a child's information at all.

7Record of consent

Lunelle records, on your phone, the date and version of each legal document you accept. If a document is updated, you will be shown what changed and asked to accept the new version before continuing. Your acceptance history is available under Me, then Legal. Delete everything also removes this record, so you will be asked to accept again.

8Changes to this policy

If our consent practices change, we will update this policy and notify you through the app's legal version update flow.
